Privacy Policy

1. Who I am

Hillduck is operated by one individual, Razvan Dragoste, who is responsible for the information described in this policy. All correspondence about this policy should be sent to razvan@hillduck.com.

2. Business contact information used for outreach

I collect business contact information from publicly available sources, principally business directories and the businesses' own websites. What is collected is limited to the business name, website address, business email address, business telephone number and business postal address. It is used to make contact about the service described on this site, on the basis of a legitimate interest in offering that service to relevant businesses. Any business may require its removal at any time, by replying to a message or writing to razvan@hillduck.com. Removal is permanent.

3. Client information

Where a client engages me, the system I build operates inside accounts held by that client. The lead information passing through it remains the client's property and the client's responsibility. I access it only so far as is necessary to build, test or maintain the system. I do not use it for any other purpose, disclose it to any third party, or keep a copy of it beyond what that work requires.

4. Cookies and embedded video

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

One page on this site embeds a video hosted by Loom. Playing that video opens a connection to Loom, which may set its own cookies and record that the video was viewed. Loom's use of that information is governed by Loom's own privacy policy.

5. Service providers

A small number of third party providers are used to send email and to verify that an address is deliverable. Each receives only what it needs to perform that function, and none is permitted to use it for its own purposes.

6. Retention

Business contact information is kept for as long as it remains relevant to outreach, and is deleted on request. Client information is deleted at the end of an engagement, or earlier if the client asks.

7. Your rights

Any person or business whose information I hold may ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to razvan@hillduck.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
